Sizing Guide:

  • Each tattoo design is marked with a colored tag indicating its size:
    • Green Tag = 1 inch
    • Orange Tag = 1.5 inches
    • Red Tag = 2 inches

Booking Your Slot:

  • When you book your slot, you'll choose the time, design, and size of your tattoo. (To change design & size after the fact plz read below)
  • £50 now - £50 cash on the day
  • Important: You can choose to go larger, but you can't go smaller than the tagged size.
  • To select a larger size, simply mention "Green", "Orange", or "Red" in your booking, based on the size you prefer.

Terms and Conditions for Tattoo Flash Day

  1. Pricing and Payment: The cost for each tattoo during the event is £100. An initial payment of £50 is required now to secure the booking for the appointment. This amount is considered a deposit. The remaining balance of £50 is to be paid in cash only on the day of the tattoo session. (This is to save time and faff on the day)
  2. Deposit: The initial £50 paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable deposit that secures the client’s appointment slot.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Clients have the right to cancel their appointment and receive a full refund of their deposit provided they give at least one week's notice before the scheduled date. Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will result in the forfeiture of the £50 deposit.
  4. Non-Refundable Deposit: If the cancellation occurs less than one week before the appointment date, the deposit remains non-refundable. Exceptions to this policy are:
  • If the cancellation is due to a reason attributed directly to the tattoo artist or the studio (e.g., illness, equipment failure, etc.), the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • If the cancellation is due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances beyond the client's control (e.g., serious illness, family emergency), upon provision of valid proof, the deposit may be refunded at the studio’s discretion.
  1. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will forfeit their deposit, and the appointment will be automatically canceled. Exceptions will be considered if the client can provide valid proof that the delay was due to extraordinary circumstances beyond their control.
  2. Final Payment: On the day of the appointment, the remaining £50 must be paid in cash only.
  3. Design and Size Changes: Clients are allowed to change the design and size of their tattoo but must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to their scheduled appointment. Changes must be communicated via email with the new design and size details.
  4. Right to Refuse Service: The artist reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion, particularly in instances of client non-compliance with studio policies or inappropriate behavior.
  5. Agreement to Terms: By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, clients are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
